Location: Enugu, Nigeria Industry: Healthcare / Medical Diagnostics Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3 – 5 Years Salary: ₦400,000 Gross MonthlyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer to join our advanced medical imaging team in Enugu. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures including MRI (1.5T), CT (64-slice & 256-slice), C-Arm, and X-Ray, ensuring high-quality results, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.This position offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology in a professional and patient-centered healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain MRI, CT, X-ray, and C-Arm equipment to produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring maximum comfort and safety. Review and assess images for clarity, diagnostic accuracy, and compliance with required standards. Collaborate with radiologists and physicians for timely and precise interpretation of imaging results. Maintain proper documentation, imaging reports, and patient records in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Apply and enforce radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and self at all times. Conduct routine equipment checks, coordinate servicing, and ensure optimal performance of all imaging machines. Assist in interventional and surgical procedures requiring real-time imaging support. Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior radiographers or interns. Ensure strict compliance with Nigeria Society of Radiographers (NSR), Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN), and Federal Ministry of Health regulations. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements B.Sc. in Radiography or equivalent from a recognized institution. Valid practicing license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN). 3–5 years of professional experience in diagnostic imaging, with hands-on exposure to MRI (1.5T), CT (64/256-slice), X-ray, and C-Arm systems. Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and radiographic positioning. Excellent technical proficiency with imaging equipment and software. Proven commitment to patient safety, radiation protection, and infection control best practices. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and on-call schedules. Additional certifications or specialized training in MRI or CT imaging will be an added advantage.
