The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and operating and maintaining radiologic equipment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for procedures, following established protocols for imaging, and adhering to radiation safety standards. The position also involves working collaboratively with medical professionals to ensure accurate imaging and diagnoses. Qualifications Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and operation of radiologic equipmentCertification or eligibility for certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Knowledge of Radiation Safety and adherence to safety protocolsUnderstanding of Medicine and Radiology practices for effective collaboration with healthcare teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for patient careAttention to detail and ability to follow established imaging protocolsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, or a related fieldPrior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
