As a vital member of our Primary Care team, the Ultrasound Technologist plays a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate and timely patient care. You will operate ultrasound machines, ensure image quality, and collaborate closely with physicians and other clinical staff — all while providing a calm, reassuring experience for patients.We also welcome high-potential candidates from allied health fields who are passionate about diagnostics and willing to undergo hands-on training, with a 1-year employment bond in exchange. If you're eager to specialize and grow your clinical career, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoYour daily responsibilities include:Prepare, position, and educate patients for ultrasound proceduresPerform a variety of ultrasound scans (e.g., whole abdomen, thyroid, breast, KUB, HBT) within turnaround targetsEnsure accuracy of patient history, image quality, and scan documentationOperate ultrasound machines and maintain diagnostic equipment cleanliness and functionalityCollaborate with Radiologists and OB Sonologists for confirmation of resultsAssist in special ultrasound procedures and help manage scheduling or patient inquiriesUphold safety protocols, patient confidentiality, and customer service excellenceUse PACS, Emedcore, and Lifesys systems to record and manage resultsQualificationsEducation:Preferred: Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology with PRC license (RRT or RXT)Open to Trainable Candidates: Allied medical course graduates with strong clinical aptitudeExperience/Knowledge:Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and medical terminologyBasic understanding of ultrasound machine troubleshootingSkilled in operating ultrasound equipment (or willingness to be trained)Can manage multiple patient cases efficiently and professionallyTech-savvy with good documentation habitsComputer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settingsTraits:Calm, compassionate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinicAmenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)What We OfferWe offer competitive and meaningful benefits because we value our team:Guaranteed up to 15th Month PayQuarterly Rice SubsidyMedicine BenefitHMO CoverageLife InsuranceConvertible Leave CreditsNext Steps: Required Application FormTo be considered for this role, please complete the following form:https://forms.gle/NDqy5jHAdMpqc2ye9Note: Failure to fill out the form may result in your application not being considered for interview.Already submitted this form before?
