As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR team, managers, and associates across a wide range of HR topics. These include Danish labor law, HR legal matters, employee terms and benefits, and general HR administration.

This is a 12-month maternity cover position based onsite at our headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Site DK. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where learning, professional growth, and a good sense of humor are all part of the job. You will have the opportunity to: Be part of several HR administrative processes supporting the organization. Provide support to the organization: Answering HR related inquiries and questions from associates and managers in our ticket system.

Participate in projects focused on improving our processes and support to the organization both in collaboration with your colleagues and on your own. Learn a lot about HR administration and labor relations. The essential requirements of the job include: A couple of years of experience from an administrative role where you have been responsible for delivering administrative support as part of a team. Experience from an HR department is a plus, but not a must; we will teach you what you need to know. Understand the importance of details and structure.

Interest in employment law and collective agreements (Industriens Overenskomster). Experience with working with various IT systems (Workday, ServiceNow and Promark) and the Office suite is a plus.
