Job DescriptionMAXIMISES HOTEL REVENUE AND GUEST SATISFACTIONPart of the hotel's Quality Focus Group - at this meeting to report on the relevant Revinate scores, Medallia and TripAdvisor commentsDaily checking and answering Medallia, Trip Advisor, and other online sites (answers to be discussed with the GM)Checking and updating the hotel's homepageEnsuring the Hotel's Social Media Policy is followed in regard to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etcEnsure that appropriate adverts for the internet and email footers are developed to reflect the hotel's servicesOrganizing and participating in GM's monthly Cocktail for in-house hotel guestsOrganizing and participating in the hotel's monthly Cocktail for VIPs of FreetownEnsure that relevant hotel information is posted on the D-Rezidorian.

Work closely with DOS on all aspects that have to do with PRKnow and understand the Radisson Blu Brand standards so that our messaging is correct and as per the required standardsTo regularly send an email newsletter to the local Freetown market - this is to attract all to come and use the hotel. Be Social Business Co-ordinatorIdentify press opportunities internally and externallyKeep a record/diary of all press communication activityEnsure all hotel collaterals and marketing materials are in Line with QPR and brand standards (ref.

Graphic toolkit)Create and provide content regularly to the Director, content factory, for a wider international presence.
