Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join our vibrant team at RHG. As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, you will bring ambition, results-driven focus, and a passion for optimizing procurement processes.

Your proactive approach and dedication will make a significant contribution to our procurement team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient operation of the procurement function by applying strong financial controls in line with company procedures. Source quality products to support guest satisfaction and comfort while responding positively and promptly to inquiries and issues. Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and professional execution. Support departmental goals and contribute to the achievement of hotel targets and initiatives. Work closely with supervisors to control costs, maintain performance and productivity levels.

Build and maintain strong working relationships, promoting RHG’s culture and core values. Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and standards, planning and documenting activities for internal and external audits as required. QualificationsExperience in hotel procurement is an advantage, but not essential. A hands-on, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to challenges. A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks. High personal integrity and a strong commitment to excellence. Proficiency in using IT systems across various platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Swedish/English.
