Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fiber Optic Splicer based in Domokos, with some work from home flexibility. The Fiber Optic Splicer will be responsible for splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optic cables for optimal performance. Daily tasks include preparing cables, conducting troubleshooting and repairs, maintaining cable infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additional responsibilities include documenting work performed, coordinating with team members, and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications Experience with Cables, Cabling, and Structured CablingKnowledge of Electricity and electrical systemsProficiency in using Hand Tools for cable preparation and splicingStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsRelevant certifications in fiber optics or related fields a plus
