SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

ApplyWhat will your tasks be?Join our agile team of Data Scientists and IT Engineers to execute diverse use cases. Utilize Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics to predict customer behavior, conversion probabilities, churn rates, and define target groups. Develop and implement sophisticated AI models for generating text, images, and other data types. Contribute to building data pipelines and collaborate with dedicated Data Engineers to prepare and manipulate data. Leverage cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, specifically Databricks, for end-to-end data science solutions. Translate data analysis and research findings into actionable business insights, helping integrate model outputs into real-world processes.

Creatively visualize and report data findings using various formats. Select research directions based on business ideas and create comprehensive model documentation. Proficiency in Deep Learning methods for NLP & Computer Vision, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Graph Theory, Databases, Generative AI, and LLM. Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of statistical inference and machine learning techniques (e. g. , regressions, decision trees, cluster analysis, neural networks), including their advantages and limitations. Proficient scripting skills in Python and R, with knowledge of popular machine learning libraries. Extensive experience in data gathering and manipulation (e. g. , SQL querying, data aggregation, filtering, PySpark coding). Hands-on approach and exploratory mindset. Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members at all levels. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Proven experience as a data scientist (3+ years); experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
