IT Delivery Director

You will join Data Stream in the IT Department of Customers services and Data Platforms.

You will be responsible for the management of the Data Platform, its backlog, strategy, management. Platform currently has more than 400 users and more than 425TB data. Data daily grow around 1TB. It provides batch and semi online data services for analytical purposes. Also you will manage dedicated data engineering teams which produces data products for business needs. This role involves a lot of communication with the Head Office of RBI Group. You should be able not only communicate but also reach agreements, actively contribute to the group data competence development. Your future responsibilities:

Work on creation of roadmap for department strategy implementation in your responsibility areaWork closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define the backlog and the Release Plan in your responsibility areaEnsure that the delivered solution fits the overall IT strategy and IT goals/tasks are reflected in the Product BacklogProvide technical and IT-related strategic input for the respective business areaEnsure proper involvement of all IT rolesResponsible IT resource management for all Domain (30+ people) — hiring, replace, setup new team, people managementResponsible for Procurement part (contracts, licenses)IT internal alignment of IT standards and documentation required for Team setupResponsible for the strategic delivery in your responsibility areaManage IT risks, banking domain risks and technical interdependenciesCoaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, creating PDP plansCoaching business stakeholders, explaining best practices in management and engineering processLead negotiation process with the Head Office in your responsibility areaYour skills and experience:

3+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and 5+ years in management in total in the field of IT software industryYou have deep knowledge and expertise in management practices(Team Audit, Team Composition, one to one, Situational Leadership model, Tuckman group development model, etc)Business continuity management Understanding of data principles and architectureTo be Proactive and result-orientedGet things done principle is a mustReadiness for multitasking, self-organization, self-motivation, and ability to motivate othersEnglish B2 Will be a plus:
