You will work with advanced rail systems, collaborate with experienced international teams, and contribute directly to both operational performance and commercial success. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and long-term progression in the rail logistics sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and optimize regional rail operations.Identify new business opportunities and support the commercial team.Communicate with carriers, terminals, infrastructure operators, and customers.Prepare and evaluate commercial offers.Collect and analyze data on operational performance and efficiency.Support the creation and improvement of processes and standards.Prepare reports and materials for senior leadership.RequirementsExperience in the railway sector (carrier, infrastructure, terminal, or customer side).Solid understanding of rail processes and operational workflows.Commercial mindset and ability to communicate with clients.Independent working style and strong problem-solving abilities.English language required.Willingness to travel within the region.Preferred QualificationsExperience with intermodal transport.Knowledge of the Romanian rail market.German language is an advantage.What the Company Offers Opportunity to contribute to major strategic development projects.Clear pathway for career progression.Dynamic and supportive working environment.Collaboration with expert teams across multiple European regions.
