Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Railway Infrastructure & Systems Design Engineer to lead the engineering design of railway infrastructure and systems for a major rail project. This includes tracks, wayside systems, and maintenance depot equipment. The role combines technical leadership, multi-interface coordination, compliance with standards, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule (QCD) targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead basic and detailed design of railway infrastructure and systems: tracks, wayside systems, and depot equipment.Prepare technical specifications, drawings, calculations, test procedures (FAT/SAT), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Coordinate with other engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.Manage interfaces with civil works, electrical systems, communications, cybersecurity, and safety.Support installation and site testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and produce As-built documentation.Ensure compliance with standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.Provide QCD reporting and contribute to process improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design for infrastructure or railway projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; advantage for knowledge in MBSE, PL/SQL, or transportation systems.High-level English proficiency.Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
