Shopify eCommerce Manager

As our global customer base grows, we’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Shopify eCommerce Manager to take our online store to the next level. About the Role: As our Shopify eCommerce Manager, you’ll lead the management, maintenance and optimization of our Shopify storefront, ensuring an exceptional user experience that drives conversions, retention, and revenue growth.

You'll work closely with our marketing, retail and creative teams to align online performance with brand strategy. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the RainSisters Shopify store, including product listings, collections, content updates, and UX improvements. Oversee site performance and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate, AOV, and customer engagement. Research, recommend and implement site updates, A/B tests, new features, relevant 3rd party tools. Monitor inventory syncing and integration with logistics, CRM tools and other 3rd party tools. Collaborate on and support digital marketing efforts (e. g. landing pages, technical SEO implementation).

Stay on top of Shopify trends, app ecosystem developments, and UX best practices. Manage the product listings and updates for other RainSisters online sales channels (ecommerce platforms, marketplaces like Wolf&Badger, Etsy, etc. )What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing and growing a Shopify eCommerce store (3+ years and/or experience in 5M+/year ecom business preferred). Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, etc. ). Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and theme customization (knowledge of Liquid and coding skills is a plus). Experience in fashion, or lifestyle eCommerce and retail is a strong advantage.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Latvian at conversational level.
