TasksBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients. Ensure a high level of service, trust, and comfort — you will be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients. Manage internal systems such as CRM (Pipedrive), Slack, and Google Sheets. Prepare regular reports for the sales team and leadership. Handle post-sale client support and communication. Collaborate with the compliance team on client verification and regulatory checks.
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve internal processes. RequirementsProven experience in customer service, sales support, or client success roles. Strong client-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Comfortable using CRM systems (like Pipedrive), Google Sheets, and Slack. Self-organized and able to work efficiently in a remote setting. English is a plus but not mandatory.
