So join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANK!Job DescriptionAbout the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients within the Elite Banking segment and ensure seamless post-sales support. This role reports to AVP Client Services - Elite Banking and involves close collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.

What You’ll Be DoingBe the dedicated contact for our Elite Banking clientsResolve queries and requests with promptness and professionalismBuild loyalty through proactive client engagement and outstanding serviceCoordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactionsMonitor KPIs and uphold strict SLAsManage onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance processesPartner with Relationship Managers to support client servicing and business growthShare client insights to refine products and servicesDrive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying unmet client needsEnsure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.

)Maintain meticulous records for audit readinessSpot and escalate potential risks with precisionSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
