SummaryThe Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible for managing, controlling and be responsible for the Ramp aspect of flight handling & deployment of manpower and equipment to service Apron Operations Areas.Duties And ResponsibilitiesPlan & deploy manpower and equipment to service flightsMaintain all apron equipment in a prepare state of readiness for operationsMaintain & update flight schedule, operators’ requirements, equipment status and manpower status in Control RoomBrief ramp staff before arrival of flight on requirement and servicesAttend to flight handling and ensure safety and security procedure is adhering to around parked aircraftPushback of aircraft after Captain get clearance from Changi Airport Group (CAG) Apron ControlPrepare and verify Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) / Technical Service Report (TSR) after each flightResponsible for the discipline of subordinates assigned to himEnsure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedurePerform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department headRequirementsGCE 5 “N” levels or 2 “O” levelsMinimum 2 years’ experience in ramp handlingMinimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership roleMust possess minimum LTA Class 3 License
