We’re looking for a confident, capable, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Liquor Division in a fast-paced, high-performing environment on a 6 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything they do. You’ll work closely with the CEO and her direct leadership team, providing seamless support across diary management, executive communications, travel, and day-to-day operations.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to represent the CEO both internally and externally.
