The Finance Business Partner works closely with senior management, providing strategic financial advice and analysis. ?Main Responsibilities?Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. ?Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement. ?Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. ?Manage budgets and forecasts. ?Provide financial support and guidance to business units. ?Collaborate with other finance professionals to ensure efficient operations. ?Requirements?Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role. ?Business level proficiency or above in both Japanese and English. ?Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A). ?Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
