What You Will Drive Strategic Leadership: Develop and command the annual marketing strategy for the NZ water portfolio, brilliantly balancing local consumer needs with global brand vision. Creative Excellence: Lead the charge on creative development for major campaigns, directing agency partners to deliver unforgettable ATL, BTL, and digital experiences. Local Resonance: Masterfully adapt global campaigns to connect authentically with New Zealanders, ensuring every activation delivers powerful, measurable results. Unforgettable Experiences: Work with the talented shopper and activations team to create cutting-edge experiential marketing, events, and point-of-sale activations that stop consumers in their tracks and build unshakable brand loyalty.

Seamless Collaboration: Act as the central hub for success, aligning our bottler partner, key customers, and internal teams on business priorities, innovation pipelines, and flawless execution. The Leader We Are Looking For A seasoned marketing leader with 8+ years of experience, ideally from the fast-paced world of FMCG or beverages.
