In this role, you will be instrumental in updating clinical correspondence templates to meet rigorous industry standards (NCQA, URAC, ERISA, CMS), ensuring accuracy across diverse product lines.
You'll engage in complex problem-solving and negotiation, consulting with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk and optimize the letter generation process. What You'll Do: Develop and customize correspondence in alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements. Coordinate Compliance Department approval for new and existing business correspondence. Update clinical correspondence templates to meet NCQA, URAC, ERISA, CMS, and company policy standards across all product lines. Problem-solve and negotiate with internal and external customers on complex concepts to mitigate risk and avoid Corrective Action Plans. Consult with internal and external customers to support the letter generation process.
Manage other projects as assigned. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations. A strong background in compliance or policy analysis is a significant benefit. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. HIGH attention to detail and a highly self-driven work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc. ). A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a combination of education and work experience will be considered. Deal-breaker: Resumes/cover letters with typos will not be considered.
