We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue-generating functions, including sales, partnerships, customer success, and revenue strategy. This executive role is central to shaping and executing Rapid Dev’s go-to-market approach, scaling revenue streams, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business growth. If you’re a dynamic leader with deep experience scaling SaaS or tech-driven businesses from early growth to $10M+ ARR, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Define and own annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasts, and KPIs.

Recruit, mentor, and scale sales teams including SDRs, AEs, and account managers. Build and refine sales playbooks and enablement strategies. Collaborate with marketing on ABM, inbound campaigns, events, and funnel optimization. Oversee customer onboarding, retention, and expansion with a focus on reducing churn and increasing LTV. Ensure all revenue initiatives align with customer success outcomes. Partner with the delivery team to evolve service offerings and technology stack. Align closely with Finance on ARR/MRR reporting, P&L, and margin optimization. Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Qualifications:

10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales or revenue roles (CRO, VP Sales, etc. ) within SaaS or tech. Proven success in scaling revenue from early stages to $10M+ ARR. Deep expertise in lean-agile methodologies and rapid go-to-market execution. Strong background in customer success, partner strategy, and demand generation.
