Job Skills / RequirementsThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all assigned administrative duties with regard to the First Steps program. This includes management and processing of billings, referrals, and provider required enrollment documentation. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for client and provider file maintenance, filing, copying, faxing, typing, data entry, obtaining and maintaining records and all other functions assigned by the Director of Children's Services. High School diploma or equivalent required. Degree, certification or coursework towards Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Accounting or Social Services preferred. 1 to 2 years work experience in customer support.
