Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor Desktop experience to enable our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AA experience. As part of the end-to-end experience, Salesforce 2. 0 will be the central hub for our Advisors, connecting capability across client servicing, portfolio management, planning, and partnering with other businesses (e. g. PH&N, RT, Ins, private banking, retail and commercial banking). The platform will deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop powered by intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.
As a Digital Product Owner, you will be a key contributor on the development and optimization of this experience, focusing on the “Client Servicing” pillar. What will you do? Execute the roadmap for the “Client Servicing Journey” that includes the re-design of the client profile, for advisors to understand and manage their client relationships. Support Journey Lead by leading refinement sessions with technology partners. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and end-users. Execute on the Client Servicing roadmap, moving all the supported apps to Salesforce to create a central hub within the platform.
Work closely with other product journeys, technology, and user experience designers to bring product visions to life, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions. Gather insights from Advisor teams, clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance. Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of each release, leveraging data to continuously improve the experience. Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Lead and Journey Lead, ensuring alignment with the product goals to deliver an elevated experience.
