Job SummaryJob DescriptionAPPLICATION DEADLINE: JULY 25, 2025What is the opportunity?In this role you would be responsible for courier deliveries and pickup between on-island branches and units, in addition to mail and parcel deliveries between RBC's clients. This role requires driving assigned vehicles in the completion of tasks.

What will you do?Open and distribute mail received to relevant departments/branches and complete all manual deliveries inclusive of vehicle and by hand deliverySort, count and dispatch general mail ensuring that items are properly secured before dispatching to post office on a daily basisArchiving Operations, including the maintenance of the Archive Environment in accordance with established procedures ensuring that financial records and documents are securedRetrieve boxes for destruction based on retention period and ensure that destruction is carried out in accordance with established proceduresDispatch packages internationallyReceiving of orders from vendors & stocking as requiredRetrieve proof work and clearing work from the unitsEngage in Clearing Exchange with local financial institutionsWhat do you need to succeed?Must HaveSound business knowledge including service and operations.
