Stock Inventory Controller (Fixed Term Contract)

At RCL FOODS we see and do things differently, we think bigger, work smarter and as a team collectively work towards achieving our purpose, to Grow What Matters!Our Talent Team is on the hunt for a Stock Inventory Controller on a Fixed Term Contract for their Grocery Division. The role will be based in Randfontein and will report into the Process Manager. The purpose of this role is to build an inventory management system that accurately maps and controls material movement, consumption, waste and finished goods declaration for the conversion process.

The further purpose of the role is to plan, co-ordinate, supervise stock counts, cycle counts and actively manage inventory losses through effective communication, leadership of focussed improvement initiatives related to inventory, and coaching and development of the production team. Responsible for maintaining and managing inventory system integrity for the conversion process. To continuously strive to improve the physical inventory process.
