Minimum RequirementsMinimum Formal Qualifications: Bachelors degree in psychology/industrial psychology / sociology or any relevant human factors degree Any safety or human factors-related short courses/training Full comprehension of ICAO/Civil Aviation Legislation and Standards and Recommended Practices will be an added advantage.
