Job TitleRE Portfolio Manager & RDQM- APACJob DescriptionYour role Responsibilities: Deepen cross-functional collaboration with Finance, by proactively fostering partnerships, enhancing transparency, and aligning key initiatives across the APAC region. Regularly collect and validate RE housing demand from business / markets to ensure an accurate, up-to-date portfolio plan. Collect other data sources (capital/ budget plans, forecasts, market info etc.) to ensure robust planning. Track RE supply events (i.e. lease/ contractual/ project timelines) to map against RE housing demand. Maintain contingent plan (what if scenarios) to accommodate RE demands. With PRE Business Partner, agree & sign-off portfolio planning with the business. Manage, Monitor and report portfolio plan progress and related KPI’s. Ensuring events (i.e. transactions) are timely & accurately communicated. Generate input for Philips portfolio improvements through market know-how. Generate input and follow guidance of portfolio CoE lead on portfolio processes, standards and metrics. Partner with the Region Leads to strengthen team effectiveness through collaboration across the Regional Delivery team, ensuring the team remains coordinated to deliver on stakeholder requirements.You're The Right Fit If1.
