Through targeted and creative measures, you will be tasked to sustainably expand horizontal and vertical distribution as well as increase the visibility of our brand to ensure increased sales for your customers in your region. As a Red Bull Reacher (Territory Manager), you will aim to recognise and utilise the potential in your area of responsibility and expand a network within your region beyond the defined "core" universe of Off Premise and On Premise. Based in Ipswich & Logan, commencing in February 2026, this full-time role offers you the opportunity to develop freely in an ambitious and reliable team.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:TERRITORY COVERAGEEffective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Completion of all visits allocated to defined territories.OUTLET DEVELOPMENTDrive the distribution of Red Bull in outlets where the product is available or not yet available Ensure the premium in-outlet execution of Red Bull according to strategy defined at the regional and national level. Impact the on defined execution standards of an outlet which focuses on right assortment availability, visibility of placements and messaging. Building quality relationships through effective communication. Influencing decision makers through presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.STOCK MANAGEMENTManaging orders to ensure Red Bull's stock keeping units (SKUs) are always in stock and on display. Ensuring that stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are always maintained.POS MANAGEMENTSecuring (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-outlet presence of the Red Bull brand. Placement of relevant POS - ensuring POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets based on the store segmentRELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTBe the main point of contact for store managers/ owners within your defined territory. Build and maintain strong relationships on every visitADMINISTRATION & REPORTINGCompleting all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time. Complete full audits on every visit with accurate information using the Red Bull internal auditing tool.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Experience within sales, in particular field sales, is preferredYou like being on the move, as this isn't an office job.
