In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex React applications that are scalable, performant, and user-centric. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js, and have a keen eye for clean, maintainable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our web applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and end-users.QualificationsThe successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with React.js in production environments. A solid understanding of JavaScript ES6+ features and TypeScript is essential. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit and data fetching tools like RTK Query is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in building complex, dynamic forms and implementing responsive designs using CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Ant Design, MUI, or ShadCN. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative workflows is necessary. A good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills is also important, although competitive programming experience is not required.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior React.js Developer, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining React applications utilizing functional components and Hooks to ensure modern, efficient code. You will manage application state effectively using Redux Toolkit and handle API integrations with RTK Query or Axios, ensuring proper response and error handling. Building reusable, modular, and scalable UI components will be a key part of your role, along with architecting layouts that are responsive and visually appealing. You will work on complex UI patterns such as tables with sorting, filtering, and pagination, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.You will also be responsible for developing and validating forms using React Hook Form or Formik, complemented by schema validation with Yup or Zod. Routing within the application will be handled with React Router v6+, and you will collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly. Code quality and version control are critical, so you will utilize Git workflows effectively, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews. Additionally, you will optimize build processes and application performance using tools like Vite or Webpack.
