“This position is an in-scope position in Shell’s Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business. PT Shell Indonesia (PTSI) has entered into an agreement for the sale of Shell’s Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business to a joint venture entity formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and the Sefas Group (the Sale Transaction). By applying for the job, you understand and agree that your employment will be transferred to the entity that will hold Shell’s Indonesia Mobility Business which will, on completion of the Sale Transaction, be owned by the joint venture formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and Sefas Group. If you are successfully being selected and offered by this position, you will be given a job offer and an employment contract under PTSI for you to sign. You will also be required to sign formal documentation in connection with the subsequent transfer of your employment to the entity that will hold Shell’s Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business, including employment contract with such entity and a consent option declaration in due course.”What’s The RoleAs a Real Estate Coordinator, you will lead and execute various Real Estate initiatives across Mobility ID Real Estate portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Shell Indonesia assets profitability worth over 160 Million USD.Managing Real-Estate partner to ensure real estate deliveries delivered as per plan and ensure that contract management plan (CMP) with partner is properly executed (KPI & Performance review). Maintain and expand the external relationship with landowners, consists of high net-worth individuals, business moguls, real estate corporations for updates on the Real Estate Markets and future partnerships.Transaction and Property Management: Lead transaction management of Real estate asset of Shell Mobility, i.e., acquisition, disposal, lease renewal & sublease.Deliver operation excellence in managing all existing real estate issues or queries related Shell real estate portfolio.Network Value Maximization as our way to optimize our assets, i.e., identify opportunities and deploy action to optimize our network yield.Building and maintain relationship with external stakeholders to ensure good synergy for the partnership.Real-Estate Assurance: Develop multi-year plan budget for all operating cost (OPEX) related.To ensure assurance process related to real estate is executed and reviewed. This will include assurance of compliance with Government legislation and internal network imperatives.Work collaboratively with various functions to provide Real Estate expertise in delivering network strategy.
