About Us- Milestone Homes Real Estate is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai. We specialize in off-plan and secondary market properties, helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence.We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team and handle the secondary market segment.Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage property listings and client leads.Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.Stay updated on current market trends and property laws in Dubai.Work proactively to achieve monthly sales targets. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary market preferred).Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and online property portals.Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.UAE driving license is an advantage.
