Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred).Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.License: Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification is a plus.
