The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and providing expert guidance through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property tours, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in real estate practices. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulationsStrong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and property transactionsProficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationshipsEffective Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniquesExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesTrack record of achieving sales targets or quotas is a plusFamiliarity with New Cairo's real estate market is advantageous
