The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, conducting property viewings, assessing property values, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the completion of sale processes. The agent will also handle marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and maintain records of all transactions.QualificationsSales skills, Negotiation skills, and Customer service skillsKnowledge of local property market and Property assessment skillsAbility to conduct Property viewings and Expertise in closing property dealsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and Time-management skillsProficiency in both Finnish and EnglishRelevant real estate or related certification is a plusExperience within the real estate or sales industry is beneficialAbility to work independently and as part of a team
