We are seeking a driven, polished, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either off-plan (developer sales) or the secondary market, with at least 1 year of direct Dubai experience and a minimum of 3 closed deals (proof required).This is an on-site role – remote work is not an option.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client inquiries and actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.Conduct professional property viewings and deliver expert consultations.Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes in both off-plan and/or secondary markets.Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional after-sales service.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.At least 3 closed deals (proof required).Background in developer (off-plan) and/or secondary market transactions.Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage.
