Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Ljubljana. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing expert guidance throughout the process. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships with transparency and care. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseExcellent Customer Service and Real Estate knowledgeProven Sales experience and skills in handling Real Property transactionsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood knowledge of the local real estate market in LjubljanaStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in multiple languages is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
