Services: Office Leasing and Sales, Occupier Services & Commercial Agency Investment & Capital Markets Residential Sales & Leasing Asset Management Research & Consultancy Valuations & Appraisal Project Management Facilities Management Property Management Technical ServicesThe RoleKey ResponsibilityYou will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing transactions, while developing long-term relationships with landlords, corporate tenants, and key decision-makers in the commercial real estate market.Ideal ProfileQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Active real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one).Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in commercial leasing, ideally focused on office space.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent market knowledge and business acumen in commercial real estate.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.Willing or intending to relocate to Manila to explore job opportunities, if not Manila-based.You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.What's on Offer?Your Partners in Property
