Their goal is to automate and enhance processes like deal marketing decks, offering memorandums, and presentations. As they develop our technology, they continue to rely on skilled data entry professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to transform raw client submissions into polished marketing materials using our proprietary software. This role requires data manipulation, design adjustments, and ensuring all materials are aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and technical skills, delivering high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesInput and organize deal information from various sources (Excel sheets, PDFs, comps) into our proprietary system, ensuring all fields are completed accurately.Modify tables, fonts, and design elements to ensure consistency and professionalism across marketing materials, following brand guidelines.Work closely with analysts and team members to meet deadlines, clarify project details, and ensure client requirements are met.Review and ensure data accuracy and formatting consistency. Revise content based on client feedback to improve the final product.Must Have+3 years of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, or investment analysis.Hands-on experience creating or editing BOVs, OMs, and other real estate marketing materials.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, formatting, and analysis.Strong attention to detail, ensuring error-free data entry and formatting.Strong written communication skills in English, able to write clear, concise, and professional emails and messages.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Nice To HaveExperience working remotely or with remote teams.Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.Problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues proactively.Schedule: 12pm-10pm EDT (Monday to Friday)Compensation: 1700 USD monthly100% remote opportunity.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
