Position SummaryThe Estate & Property Manager will oversee the overall management, maintenance, and development of Chonburi and Bangkok properties. The role ensures all properties are well maintained, staff are effectively managed, budgets are controlled, and all operations follow high standards of governance, transparency, and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities1. Property Operations & MaintenanceOversee day-to-day operations of Hin Wong houses, gardens, and Bangkok apartments.Manage all cleaning, gardening, maintenance, and technical repair works.Plan, coordinate, and monitor renovations, upgrades, and new construction projects.Regularly inspect properties to ensure all areas are in excellent condition.Source and compare suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.Supervise and follow up on ongoing works and ensure timely completion.2. Staff ManagementSupervise and support housekeepers, gardeners, cooks, and technicians across both locations.Recruit, train, and evaluate property and service staff.Develop staff skills and maintain a motivated, trustworthy, and service-oriented team.Establish clear responsibilities and performance standards for each team member.3. Financial & Budget ControlPrepare and manage annual budgets for both Hin Wong and Bangkok properties.Track expenses and ensure cost control and transparency in all operations.Participate in payment processes while maintaining proper documentation and approvals.Support the development of a systematic governance process for procurement, payment, and reporting.4. Stakeholder & Communication ManagementCommunicate effectively with owners, management, partners, and staff to ensure smooth coordination.Provide regular updates and reports on maintenance status, staff performance, and budgets.Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Property Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in estate, facility, or property management.Strong background in staff supervision, budgeting, and maintenance planning.Excellent organizational and communication skills with a systematic and proactive approach.High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling personal and financial information.Proficient in digital tools and basic accounting systems.Able to work across two main locations (Hin Wong and Bangkok).Fluent in Thai and basic English communication.
