Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker based in Bucharest, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, assisting buyers and sellers, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include researching property values, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The broker will also stay up to date with market trends and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate activities, with a deep understanding of the local real estate marketStrong skills in Customer Service and Sales to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of Real Property laws and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a hybrid work environmentExperience with real estate technologies or CRM systems is a plusRelevant certification or license in real estate is highly preferredFluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
