Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lagos, with opportunities for partial remote work. As a Real Estate Broker at Temivilla, you will manage property listings, facilitate property sales, rentals, and investments, and act as a trusted advisor for clients. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing expert real estate advice, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless property transactions while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactionsProficiency in Sales and excellent Customer Service skillsIn-depth knowledge of Real Property regulations and trendsExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentRelevant certifications or licenses in Real Estate or Brokerage are highly desirablePrior experience in a real estate or property management role is a plus
