Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.Record and update customer data accurately on the system.Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to call center KPIs.Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field - Graduates Only.1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
