Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Ibadan. The role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing real estate opportunities, managing property transactions, conducting property evaluations, negotiating terms with clients, and closing sales. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for providing advice on property investments, identifying new sales opportunities, and participating in company training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills. Qualifications Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property trendsProficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniquesAbility to deliver effective Training and knowledge-sharing sessionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCapacity to effectively manage client relationshipsKnowledge of the real estate market in Ibadan is an advantageBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related field is desirableProven track record in achieving sales targets
