We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data & Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in commercial real estate and a proven track record creating marketing materials such as BOVs, Offering Memorandums (OMs), and deal decks. This role involves transforming client submissions into polished, on-brand marketing materials using our proprietary software — combining analytical thinking, data precision, and creative presentation.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive — someone who communicates clearly, understands real estate fundamentals, and can make an immediate impact on our fast-paced team.Key ResponsibilitiesInput, organize, and analyze deal information from multiple sources (Excel sheets, PDFs, comps) in our proprietary system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Review, format, and refine content to align with brand standards across all marketing materials.Create and enhance marketing documents such as BOVs, OMs, and offering decks, maintaining a high level of design consistency and professionalism.Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and project leads to clarify requirements and meet deadlines.Review and validate data accuracy, layout, and content before final delivery.Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve materials.Must Have3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, or investment analysis.Hands-on experience creating or editing BOVs, OMs, and other real estate marketing materials.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, formatting, and analysis.Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market data, and property valuation concepts.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce client-ready materials and messages.Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to HaveExperience working with proprietary or CRM-based data systems.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, or similar) to adjust layout, fonts, and presentation.Previous experience in a remote or cross-functional team environment.Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify and correct inconsistencies proactively.Schedule: 12pm-10pm EDT (Monday to Friday)Compensation: 1700 USD monthlyLocation: 100% remote.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
