Rosa, Laguna.Minimum QualificationsAs the Division Head, your role involves…Sales Leadership: Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales initiatives. Forecast accurate sales reports and other factors that could impact sales performance.Team Leadership: Manage and develop the sales team, providing direction, training, coaching, and feedback. This could involve organizing internal or external training sessions, workshops or conferences to keep the team updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Division Management: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. Manage the sales department budget effectively through proper allocation and monitoring.
