Almaskan Alwafi is seeking a talented Real Estate Feasibility Specialist (Urban Designer / Architect) to join our growing development team in Jeddah.This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams on urban planning, architecture, and landscape design to assess project viability and contribute to both the design and implementation phases of development projects.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in feasibility studies, urban design, or real estate development- Strong skills in Urban Planning, Architecture, and Comprehensive Planning- Experience in Landscape Architecture is a plus- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and Baladiya regulations is an advantageIf you’re passionate about shaping the future of Saudi real estate and contributing to innovative projects, we’d love to hear from you.
