The company also complies with all regulations set by the Institut professionnel des agents immobiliers (IPI).Role DescriptionThis is a role based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area & Walloon Brabant. The Real Estate Hunter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing properties that align with clients’ unique needs and preferences. Tasks will include conducting market research, visiting and evaluating properties, negotiating deals with property owners or agents, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Real Estate Hunter will also provide clients with guidance and support throughout the decision-making process and the legal process (preliminary agreement & deed) to ensure a seamless experience.QualificationsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and listening and empathy capacities Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantageAbility to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client needsPrevious experience in construction, architecture is a plusKnowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is a plusPrevious experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is not required
