Real Estate Investment Executive

TripZapp Hospitality — the travel and lifestyle brand behind Lighthouse Beach House — is launching Rava Boutique Hotel, an 18-room luxury property on Lake Naivasha, Kenya. We’re opening this project to private investors and are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Investment Executive to help us connect with and onboard investors.The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident speaking with high-net-worth individuals and young professionals, and experienced in selling real estate, investment opportunities, or alternative assets.ResponsibilitiesEngage warm investor leads generated from campaigns and referrals.Conduct discovery calls, explain the Rava Boutique Hotel investment opportunity, and guide investors through the process from expression of interest to commitment.Identify and engage new investor audiences via LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp investor groups.Build and maintain relationship/partnerships with existing investor networks, angel groups, and real estate clubs.Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and conversion stages.Support investor onboarding (KYC, documentation, payment follow-ups).Attend virtual events or networking sessions to represent the brand.Requirements3+ years’ experience in property sales, investment advisory, or capital raising.Strong understanding of investment concepts (ROI, IRR, yield etc).Ability to communicate investment value clearly and handle objections.Proven ability to close deals or secure commitments.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Self-driven, professional, and comfortable working remotely.Passion for real estate, hospitality, and Africa’s growth story.CompensationCompetitive base salary + commission structure.Opportunity to work on a dynamic and creative hospitality real estate project.If you’re ready to help shape the next chapter of African hospitality while building your own success, we’d love to hear from you.
