Location: Lagos stateJob type: Full-timeRole OverviewThe Investment Manager will lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and structure financial deals to drive the company’s growth. The Investment Manager will represent the company to both institutional and high-net-worth investors, providing strategic insight into investment opportunities and ensuring capital flow aligns with project timelines and company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Capital SourcingLead efforts to raise debt and equity capital for real estate projects.Identify and approach potential investors (private individuals, institutional partners etc.)Prepare and deliver compelling investment pitches, proposals, and presentations.Financial StructuringStructure and negotiate investment terms, joint ventures, and partnerships.Support project financing strategy and capital stack structuring.Investor RelationsServe as the key point of contact for all investor communications.Manage reporting, updates, and performance tracking for investors.Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.Financial Advisory & StrategyProvide financial insights to guide executive decision-making.Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.Track financial performance and monitor return on investment across projects.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with other departments (e.g., operations, legal, development) to align financial and business strategies.Ensure that financial objectives are seamlessly integrated into the company’s broader goals.RequirementsHND / BSc.
