The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience (Must have 2+Years of experience) working for a real estate law firm or title company.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of residential closing files for closing.Communicate effectively with lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers.Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless closing processes.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer in a law firm or title company.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Superior customer service orientation.Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is preferred.Knowledge of real estate law, underwriting guidelines, and Title Standards.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a successful team, we encourage you to apply.
