We represent the region’s top developers, including Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Ellington, Dubai Holdings, and more.Our team is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to help us scale to 300+ top-performing agents across Dubai, the UK, and international markets.Role OverviewThe Real Estate Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-performing property consultants and team leaders to join One Investments. You’ll be responsible for executing our recruitment strategy, managing pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and headhunting, and ensuring that our talent acquisition targets are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for sales and operations roles.Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and other platforms to identify top-performing agents from competitor firms.Headhunting: Actively approach and recruit from leading Dubai real estate brokerages (Allsopp & Allsopp, Betterhomes, Haus & Haus, etc.) using direct outreach and network-based referrals.Candidate Screening: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, motivation, and real estate market knowledge.Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all candidates in Monday.com or CRM system; ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.Employer Branding: Support marketing efforts to strengthen One Investments’ presence on LinkedIn and social media as a leading employer in Dubai real estate.Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process with HR/Admin — ensuring contracts, documentation, and induction are handled smoothly.KPIs & Reporting: Meet weekly recruitment KPIs (applications sourced, interviews scheduled, offers made) and prepare regular reports for management.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (real estate preferred, but open to sales or high-volume agency recruitment).Market Knowledge: Understanding of Dubai’s real estate industry and brokerage structures.Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Language: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French are an advantage).Personality: Energetic, persuasive, and highly organized with a results-driven mindset.What We OfferCompetitive basic salary + attractive commission per successful hire.Growth opportunities within one of Dubai’s fastest-growing brokerages.Dynamic and supportive team culture.Modern office environment in the heart of Dubai.Access to training, networking, and high-performance culture initiatives.
